The SBX-3 turntable deck, developed in 1978 in pursuit of Saec's vibration system philosophy, is now joined by the SBX-10R. This dedicated turntable deck inherits that philosophy while integrating the latest technology and know-how to further enhance the performance of the SP-10R. To embody Saec's idea that, while the tonearm is in operation, everything except the cartridge stylus should be solid at every moment, meticulous material selection resulted in a combination of a heavy-duty deck material machined from solid stainless steel and cast iron insulators with superior vibration damping. Furthermore, an arm base developed to maximize the potential of the Saec original double knife-edge tonearm WE-4700 is included as standard. The SBX-10R further refines the clarity and detail of sound, accurately reading the musical signals etched into the grooves of analog records and awakening the emotion of music.
